From Vertus in the Champagne region, made with grapes from Premier Cru and Grand Cru growths, a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, this multi-vintage La Caravelle Premier Cru Brut has a slightly buttery, yeasty nose with flavor notes of hazelnut and fruity spice.

This finely balanced champagne is a lovely choice for any occasion, a refreshing and crisp aperitif option, and an excellent accompaniment to any meal, but will enhance white meat particularly well.
